General Terms Of Submission
- Applicants must be no older than 45 on the award’s application start date.
- Previous awardees in a specific track are ineligible to reapply in the same track for four years.
- Applicants cannot be involved in the Award’s organization or any sub-committees during the application year.
- Joint research submissions are limited to a maximum of three researchers, all of whom must meet the eligibility criteria.
- Works previously granted an award by another organization of similar or higher standing are not eligible.
- Submitted works must be original and demonstrate innovation.
- Dissertation track submissions must be submitted within five years of the dissertation’s approval date.
- Applications must be submitted within the announced period and include all required documentation.
- Applicants may apply for a maximum of two tracks, but the award will be granted in only one.
- Submissions that do not adhere to the terms and conditions will be disqualified before review by the Examination Committee.
- The Board of Trustees reserves the right to revoke an award in cases of academic misconduct or violation of the Award’s conditions.
- Individuals whose award has been revoked are barred from future applications.
- The Board of Trustees, based on the Scientific Committee’s recommendation, may choose not to grant an award in a particular track without explanation.
- Award-winning works become the property of the Award, and their use by the winner requires prior written consent from the Award’s General Secretariat.
